A handy utility to generate a variety of simple waveforms and use them as test signals. It has a built-in sine wave generator, which is used to check the quality of your audio and voice recordings, as well as the performance of your audio and video players, and even your phone or tablet's microphone and speakers.
The utility can generate a sine waveform with different frequencies and degrees of amplitude. You can also generate a square waveform, and an inverse sawtooth waveform. The latter is useful for testing electronic circuits, as it can generate signals with different frequencies and degrees of amplitude.
